Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced VDOT Prog Analyst PowerBI/GIS to join our team in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will collaborate with the data science team to build visualization applications using ArcGIS and PowerBI platforms. You will also be responsible for developing internal applications using the PowerApps and PowerAutomate platforms.

• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of programming experience in a high-level compiled language such as C#, C , or Java.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft PowerPlatform, including PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SharePoint, and Dataverse (hard requirement).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience using GIS to create dynamic mapping applications and process real-time location data.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience using RESTful APIs.
• Other Software Knowledge:
• Familiarity with Visio, Visual Studio Code/Visual Studio Community Edition, SQL Server, Azure Datalakes and Warehouse, Oracle, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Experiences.
